This is the computer we use ourselves and is the only convertible rugged laptop and fully-funtional tablet. As a laptop, it is smaller than average (10.4" screen) and the keyboard takes some getting used to. But you can't beat the combination! The processor, hard drive, and RAM are compatible with most laptops on the market today and the Centrino processor results in an incredible battery life (up to 7 hours!) and comes WiFi ready. Although there is no CD drive, the computer comes with two USB 2.0, a serial prt, and two PC Type II card slots.
